Third step-

Then the noodles should be released inside the egg. Then give the spice inside the noodles. You have to stir well for a while so that it does not take it down. In this way, the noodles should be kept down after stirring for a while. And it will be made of fun noodles.

হ্যালো খাদ্য প্রেমী! আশা করি বাড়ির সকল সদস্যসহ সবাই সুস্থ আছেন। আর সকলের দোয়ায় আমি ভালো আছি সুস্থ আছি। সবাইকে শুভেচ্ছা ও শুভকামনা দিয়ে শুরু করছি।

ছোট-বড় সবার প্রিয় খাবারের মধ্যে নুডুলস অন্যতম। নুডলস আমার প্রিয় খাবারের একটি। আমাদের বাড়িতে প্রতিনিয়ত না থাকলেও মাঝে মাঝে নুডুলস রান্না করা হয়। আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে আমার বাড়ির নুডলসের একটি অংশ পরিবেশন করতে যাচ্ছি। আশা করি নুডুলস রান্নার রেসিপি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে।

উপকরণ

  • নুডলস
  • পেঁয়াজ
  • মরিচ
  • ডিম

প্রথম ধাপ-
প্রথমে কিছু জল গরম করতে হবে। তারপর নুডুলসগুলো পানিতে ছেড়ে দিতে হবে। তারপর ভালো করে নাড়তে হবে। তারপর ঢাকনা দিয়ে দুই মিনিট ঢেকে রাখুন। তারপর নুডুলসগুলো নামিয়ে ঠান্ডা করে নিতে হবে।

দ্বিতীয় ধাপ-

তারপর একটি প্যানে অল্প পরিমাণ তেল দিয়ে পেঁয়াজ ছেড়ে একটু ঝালিয়ে নিন। তারপর এর ভিতরে ডিম ছাড়তে হবে। তারপর ভালোভাবে নড়াচড়া করতে হবে।

তৃতীয় ধাপ-
তারপর ডিমের ভিতর নুডুলস ছেড়ে দিতে হবে। তারপর নুডুলসের ভিতর মসলা দিন। কিছুক্ষণ ভালো করে নাড়তে হবে যেন নামিয়ে না যায়। এভাবে কিছুক্ষণ নাড়াচাড়া করার পর নুডুলসগুলো নামিয়ে রাখতে হবে। আর এতে তৈরি হবে মজাদার নুডলস।
