Cooking
Peel red onion and cut into half rings, send to a bowl. Pour apple cider vinegar and water.
We chop the tomatoes coarsely, removing the pulp and send them to a clean bowl. Cut pink grapes in half and send to the tomatoes. Add the pickled onions, pre-squeezing it and mix everything.
Put the basil. Pour olive oil. Add salt and freshly ground pink pepper, mix. Enjoy your meal!
