Recipe amount:
- Semai 200 gms (Small family can cook two semai with 400 gm packet)
- Half a cup of sugar (depending on how sweet you want it to be)
- Cardamom 3 o'clock
- 3 pieces of cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf (if not, we don't give)
- One liter of milk
Method: Heat a liter of milk well and reduce it, add half a cup of sugar (sugar as you wish). Add cardamom, cinnamon and a bay leaf if any. Take half of the semai (200 gm) from the packet. Fry the semai in an empty hot pan (it is better without oil, many people give oil or a little ghee. If you can, you can also give it). When it is crispy, pour it in hot milk.
