Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Assalam o Alaikum dosto! Aaj mein aapke liye laayi hoon ek zabardast aur asaan recipe jo ke Italy ki mashhoor dish hai - Classic Spaghetti Carbonara. Ye dish simple ingredients se banti hai lekin iska taste lajawab hota hai. Agar aap bhi carbonara pasta ke shauqeen hain to ye recipe zaroor try karein!

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 100 grams guanciale (Italian pork cheek) ya phir bacon
  • 2 bade anday
  • 50 grams Pecorino Romano cheese (grated)
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Namak aur kali mirch (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Pasta ko boil karna:
    Pani mein namak dal kar boil karein aur phir spaghetti ko usmein 8-10 minutes ke liye ya phir package instructions ke mutabiq boil karein jab tak wo al dente (slightly firm) ho jaye. Pasta ko drain kar ke side par rakh dein, lekin thoda sa pasta water bachakar rakh lein.

2.Guanciale ya bacon ko fry karna:
Ek badi frying pan mein olive oil daal kar medium heat par garam karein. Phir ismein guanciale ya bacon ko chhote pieces mein kaat kar daal dein. Inhe 5-7 minutes tak fry karein jab tak wo crispy aur golden brown ho jayein. Phir flame off kar dein aur pan ko side par rakh dein.

3.Egg aur cheese mixture:
Ek bowl mein anday torein aur unhe achi tarah se whisk karein. Phir ismein grated Pecorino Romano aur Parmesan cheese daal kar mix karein. Thoda sa namak aur kaali mirch bhi daal dein. Yeh mixture creamy aur smooth hona chahiye.

4.Pasta ko mix karna:
Frying pan mein jo guanciale ya bacon ka mixture tha usmein boiled spaghetti daal dein. Achi tarah se toss karein taake pasta mein oil aur bacon ka flavor aa jaye. Agar pasta dry lag raha ho to thoda sa pasta water add kar sakte hain.

5.Egg mixture ko add karna:
Ab heat ko off rakhein aur frying pan mein egg aur cheese mixture daal dein. Is mixture ko jaldi se pasta ke sath toss karein taake anday scramble na ho jayein balki creamy sauce ban jaye. Agar sauce zyada thick lag raha ho to thoda aur pasta water add kar sakte hain.

6.Serve karna:
Carbonara ko jaldi se plate mein nikaalein aur upar se thoda aur grated cheese aur freshly ground black pepper sprinkle karein. Aapka classic spaghetti carbonara tayyar hai!
