I Hope everybody is doing well. I have come up with a new recipe. Special Patisapata pitha We all love to eat so for the convenience of all of you fun Patisapata pitha in a very short time I will show you how to make it. This pitha is quite useful as an afternoon snack.
This is my second recipe post, so if there is any mistake you will look at it with apologetic look .
Here are the things we need for this recipe :
- Flour
- eggs
- Water
- salt and oil
Step-1
First I will take the quantity of flour, I will add salt in the flour.
Step-2
Now I will dilute the flour with adequate amount of water,
Step-3
I will take a spoonful of thin flour to see if it has been diluted properly.
Step-4
I will tie the dough and determine the amount of eggs. I have taken half a kilo of flour so I need three eggs. I will break three eggs and mix them with the flour.
Step-5
Now I will put the pot in the oven, heat it with oil for 5 minutes, then take a spoonful of flour and spread it thinly on the side of the pot.
Step-6
In fact, I will divide the pitha into rounds.
Step- 7
Put it in the oven for 2 minutes then fold it down. Became our patisapata pitha.
Step-8
Then I will cut the pitha into nice size and then serve.
