আসসালামু আলাইকুম, সবাই কেমন আছেন বন্ধুরা ?আশা করি সবাই ভাল আছেন এবং সুস্থ আছেন। আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব নতুন একটি আর্টিকেল। আশা করি আমার লেখা টি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে। তো চলুন বন্ধুরা সেই বিষয়ে আপনাদের সাথে কিছু কথা শেয়ার করি।

আজ আমি আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করব দলবদ্ধ ভাবে কাজ করলে কিভাবে জীবনে সফলতার উচ্চশিখরে আরোহণ করা যায়। আমাদের মানব জীবনের প্রত্যেকের সফলতা ও ব্যর্থতা দ্বারা জীবন আবৃত। এই ছোট্ট জীবনে আমরা কেউই একাকী জীবন অতিবাহিত করতে পারিনা। এর জন্য প্রয়োজন সমাজবদ্ধ তা-ও দলবদ্ধভাবে জীবন অতিবাহিত করা।

তেমনি আমাদের প্রত্যেকের জীবনে যেমন সফলতা আসে তেমনি ব্যর্থতা আছে। কারণ সফলতা রাতারাতি কেউ অর্জন করতে পারে না। সফলতা অর্জন করতে হলে অবশ্যই তাকে পরিশ্রম করতে হয় এবং অগাধ আত্মবিশ্বাস এবং ধৈর্যধারণ করতে হয়। তবে আমরা একজনের যে কাজটি করতে পাঁচ দিনের সময় ব্যয় হয় সে কাজটি দলবদ্ধভাবে পাঁচজনে করলে একদিনে করা সম্ভব কারণ একজনের মেধা অপেক্ষা 5 জনের মেধা উত্তম।

দলবদ্ধভাবে যে কোন কাজ করলে অনায়াসে সে কাজটি সঠিকভাবে করা সম্ভব এবং সে কাজে সফলতা অনিবার্য। তাই কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চলা অবশ্যই উচিত তবে কাজ করার ক্ষেত্রে।

বিশেষ করে দলবদ্ধ ভাবে কাজ করতে হলে অবশ্যই একজনকে নেতা নির্বাচন করতে হয় আমাদেরকে কারণ নেতা ছাড়া সঠিকভাবে পরিদর্শন করা অসম্ভব প্রায়।

ছোটবেলায় একটি কথা আমরা পাঠ্যপুস্তকে পড়েছি দশে মিলে করি কাজ হারি জিতি নাহি লাজ। কাজ করতে হলে অবশ্যই সফলতা এবং ব্যর্থতা থাকবে। কোন কাজকে কখনো ছোট করে দেখা আমাদের উচিত নয় তাই দশে মিলে কাজ করলে সফলতা যেমন থাকবে তেমনি থাকবে তবে ব্যর্থ হইলে লজ্জ্বা না পেয়ে বারবার চেষ্টা করার ফলে সফলতা অর্জন করা অবশ্যই সম্ভব দলগতভাবে।

সফলতা অর্জন করতে হলে কখনো কোন কাজ কে ছোট করে দেখা আমাদের উচিত নয় জীবনের সফলতা অর্জন করতে হলে ব্যর্থতা আসবেই কারণ রাতারাতি কখনো সফলতা আসে না আমাদেরকে সফলতা অর্জন করতে হলে কঠোর পরিশ্রম ত্যাগ-তিতিক্ষা ও অসীম ধৈর্য ধারণ করতে হবে তাহলে শুধুমাত্র সফলতার উচ্চ শিখরে আরোহন করা সম্ভব।

পৃথিবীতে কেউই কোনদিন রাতারাতি সফলতা বুঝতে সুবিধা গ্রহণ করিনি পৃথিবীতে যত বড় বড় মনীষীগণ যত বড় বড় সফল ব্যক্তি আছেন তাদের জীবন পর্যালোচনা করলে দেখা যায় তারা অসীম ধৈর্য ও কঠিন পরিশ্রমের মাধ্যমে আজ সফলতা শিখরে আরোহণ করেছেন।
