Today I want to share with you some things about our necessary steps and cooperation to digitize Bangladesh. Welcome and congratulations to all of you in this post.
Bangladesh is an independent sovereign state. Bangladesh gained independence from West Pakistan in 1971 through a bloody struggle. Adyabadi still stands tall as an independent state in the world. This Bangladesh is our country, we love Bangladesh and are ready to give our lives for Bangladesh. Therefore, the desire of 16 crore people of Bengal is to present the country as digital to the outside world and all the activities inside the country should be digitized. It is the hope of every citizen. But even though our country has been free for more than 45 years, our country has not yet become fully digital. And we know the various reasons that hinder this country from becoming digital and we want to highlight those reasons.
The first reason is the political instability of our Bangladesh. When the government comes to power in this country, it only fills its own pockets and does not devote itself to the development of the country. He embezzles government resources whenever he gets the chance. But when he became the MP minister, it was said in the oath that he would dedicate himself fully to the development of Bangladesh, but even after giving this promise, he smuggled all the money in the country whenever he got a chance. Again, when the government changes, another party comes, then that party goes to fill their pockets for the first two or three years, they cannot help shape the country. Again, when the politics change, another government comes, they do the same thing, that is, in our country, those who are ministers, MPs, prime ministers, presidents, none of them show love for the country, pity for the country, that is, they have nothing to say about patriotism. But every citizen of our neighboring country India is a patriot. They have responsibility and duty towards every resource of the country, so they are taking the country to the highest peak of development, i.e. they are full of love for the country, kindness towards the country, compassion for the country, etc.
Market Syndicate of the country- The market monitoring of our country is not done in that way, so the businessmen syndicate the market at different times and the discontent spreads in every region of the country and the people are seen as unstable and it is very difficult to digitize the country in this unstable environment. Those of us in government don't monetize the market properly and never break this market syndicate cycle but inwardly they do it themselves.
Let me share with you some of the steps taken to make Bangladesh digital.
In order to digitize our country in Bangladesh, Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has launched a satellite channel in the sky. Hey from there we are being provided this internet service which was provided earlier from India at the cost of huge resources. In addition, digital licensing steps have been taken in every area of our country, such as post offices, this post has been launched and England has been launched, and digitalization has been and is happening in other places. In this way, if every government comes and concentrates on the work of building this digital Bangladesh, then surely this country will be able to raise its head and stand tall in the world as a digital Bangladesh.
So let's love our country, devote ourselves to the service of the country and keep the country's wealth in the country and make the country digital and express it on the screen that Bangladesh can stand tall as a modern Bangladesh in the world.

আজকে আমি বাংলাদেশ ডিজিটালাইজড করতে আমাদের আমাদের প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ এবং সহযোগিতা নিয়ে কিছু কথা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করতে চাই এই পোস্টে আপনাদের সকলকে স্বাগতম এবং অভিনন্দন।
বাংলাদেশ একটি স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম রাষ্ট্র। এই বাংলাদেশ ১৯৭১ সালে রক্তক্ষয়ী সংগ্রামের মধ্য দিয়ে পশ্চিম পাকিস্তান হতে স্বাধীনতা লাভ করেছে। অদ্যবাদী এখনো স্বাধীন রাষ্ট্র হিসেবেই বিশ্বের বুকে মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে। এই বাংলাদেশ আমাদের দেশ আমরা বাংলাদেশকে ভালবাসি বাংলাদেশের প্রতি জীবন দিতেও প্রস্তুত। তাই বাংলার ১৬ কোটি মানুষের চাওয়া পাওয়া দেশকে ডিজিটাল হিসেবে বেশ বহির্বিশ্বে উপস্থাপন করা এবং দেশের ভিতরে যত কার্যকলাপ রয়েছে সবই যেন ডিজিটালাইজড হয় এই আশা প্রত্যাশা প্রত্যেকটি নাগরিক এর। কিন্তু আমাদের দেশ যদিও স্বাধীনতার প্রায় ৪৫ বছর এর বেশি সময় হয়ে গেছে এরপরেও আমাদের দেশ এখনো পরিপূর্ণ ডিজিটাল হতে পারেনি। আর এই দেশ ডিজিটাল হওয়ার প্রতিবন্ধক হিসেবে আমরা বিভিন্ন কারণ আমরা জানি এবং সেই কারণগুলো তুলে ধরতে চাই।
প্রথম কারণ হলো আমাদের এই বাংলাদেশের রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা এদেশে যখন যে সরকার ক্ষমতায় আসে তখন সে শুধু নিজের পকেট ভর্তি করে এবং দেশ বিনির্মাণের আত্মনিয়োগ করে না দেশের সম্পদ শুধু বৈদেশিক বিদেশে আসার করে থাকে দেশের সম্পদ দেশের ভিতরে তারা কাজে লাগায় না। যখন যে সুযোগ পায় তখন সে সরকারি সম্পদ আত্মসাৎ করে থাকে। অথচ যখন সে এমপি মন্ত্রী হয় তখন শপথ বাক্যে বলা হয় বাংলাদেশ বিনির্মাণে সে পরিপূর্ণ আত্মনিয়োগ করবে অথচ সে এই ওয়াদা দেওয়ার পরেও দেশে যত টাকা যখনই সুযোগ পায় তখনই সেটা বিদেশে পাচার করে থাকে। আবার যখন সরকার পরিবর্তন হয় তখন অন্য দল আসে তখন ওই দল প্রথম দুই তিন বছর তাদের পকেট ভারি করতেই চলে যায় দেশে গঠনে তারা হাত দিতে পারে না। আবার যখন রাজনীতি পালা বদলে অন্য সরকার আসে তারা ওই একই কাজ করে অর্থাৎ আমাদের দেশে যারা মন্ত্রী-এমপি প্রধানমন্ত্রী রাষ্ট্রপতি হয়ে থাকে তারা কেউ দেশের প্রতি ভালোবাসা দেশের প্রতি দরদ দেশের প্রতি মায়া দেখায় না অর্থাৎ তাদের দেশাত্মবোধ বলতে কিছুই নেই দেশ প্রেমিক মানুষ বড় মুশকিল। অথচ আমাদের পাশের দেশ ভারত সেই দেশের প্রত্যেকটি নাগরিক দেশ প্রেমিক হয়ে থাকে। দেশের প্রত্যেকটি সম্পদের প্রতি তাদের দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য রয়েছে তাই তাদের দেশকে উন্নতির চরম শিখরে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে অর্থাৎ দেশের প্রতি ভালোবাসা দেশের প্রতি উদারতা দেশের প্রতি দরদ ইত্যাদি তাদের পরিপূর্ণ।
দেশের বাজার সিন্ডিকেট- আমাদের দেশের বাজার মনিটরিং সেভাবে হয় না তাইতো ব্যবসায়ীরা বিভিন্ন সময়ে বাজার সিন্ডিকেট করে থাকে আর তা অসন্তোষ দেশের প্রত্যেকটি অঞ্চলে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে এবং জনগণ অস্থিরতা দেখা যায় আর এই অস্থিত তার মধ্যে দেশকে ডিজিটাল করা খুবই কঠিন। আমাদের যারা সরকার থাকে তারা বাজারকে সঠিকভাবে মনিটাইজড করে না এবং এই বাজার সিন্ডিকেট চক্রকে কখনোই ভেঙে দেয় না অথচ ভেতরে ভেতরে দেখা যায় তারা নিজেরাই করে থাকে।
বাংলাদেশকে ডিজিটাল করতে যেসব পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে সে বিষয়ে কিছু কথা আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করি।
আমাদের এই বাংলাদেশে দেশকে ডিজিটাল করার জন্য মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা একটা স্যাটেলাইট চ্যানেল আকাশে উত্থাপন করেছে। আরে সেখান থেকে আমাদের এই ইন্টারনেট সেবা দেয়া হচ্ছে যা আগে ভারতের কাছ থেকে বিপুল সম্পদ খরচ করে যোগান দেওয়া হতো। এছাড়া আমাদের দেশের প্রত্যেকটি ক্ষেত্রে এখন ডিজিটাল লাইসেন্স করা পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে যেমন পোস্ট অফিসগুলো এই পোস্ট চালু হয়েছে এবং ইংল্যান্ড চালু হয়েছে এছাড়া অন্যান্য জায়গায় ডিজিটাল করা হয়েছে এবং হচ্ছে। এভাবে যদি প্রত্যেকটি সরকার এসে যদি এই ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গড়ার কাজে মনোনিবেশ করে তবে অবশ্যই এ দেশকে ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ হিসেবে বিশ্বের বুকে মাথা তুলে উঁচু করে দাঁড়াতে পারবে বা দাঁড় করানো সম্ভব।
তাই আসুন আমরা আমাদের দেশকে ভালবাসি দেশের সেবায় আত্মনিয়োগ করি এবং দেশের সম্পদ দেশের মধ্যেই রাখি এবং দেশকে ডিজিটাল হিসেবে গড়ে তুলি এবং বিশ্বের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশ যেন একটা আধুনিক বাংলাদেশ হিসেবে মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়াতে পারে সেই পর্দায় ব্যক্ত করে আজকের মত এখানেই শেষ করছি আল্লাহ হাফেজ।
