ہر کاروبار منافع کمانے کے لیے اچھا کاروبار ہے۔ لیکن مجھے معلوم ہوا کہ بولی چستان کے قبائلی علاقوں میں زیادہ تر لوگ بکرے، بھیڑ کے کاروبار کو
ترجیح دیتے ہیں۔ قبائلی علاقوں میں لوگوں کے پاس ہزاروں بھیڑیں ہیں اور بکریوں کا مالک اپنی تمام بکریاں اور بھیڑیں دوسرے لوگوں کو کرائے یا آدھے منافع پر دے دیتا ہے۔
کرایہ دار مویشیوں کا منافع بکریوں اور بھیڑوں کے مالک کو دیتا ہے۔ کرایہ دار اور مویشیوں کا مالک منافع کو برابر تقسیم کرتے ہیں۔ کاروبار کا مالک صرف مویشی خریدتا ہے اور پھر کرایہ دار کو دیتا ہے، کاروبار کا اصل اثاثہ تمام مویشیوں کے مالک کے ہاتھ میں رہتا ہے، کاروبار سے منافع صرف کرایہ دار کو ملتا ہے۔ لیکن اگر تمام اثاثے بکریوں اور بھیڑوں کے اصل مالک کے قبضے میں ہوں تو اس کاروبار سے کرایہ دار کو کیا فائدہ ہوگا۔
مجھے ایک مثال دی گئی ہے کہ اگر بکری کا مالک بکری کو 20 ہزار روپے میں خریدے اور بکری نے بچہ پیدا کیا تو بچہ کرایہ دار اور مالک کے درمیان ماہانہ 50 فیصد تقسیم ہوگا۔ بکری علی ہے لیکن کرایہ دار ماجد ہے اور ماجد نے بکری کی دیکھ بھال کی، اس نے بکری کو دودھ دیا، پھر حاملہ بکری اور اب بچہ دونوں کا 50% حصہ ہوگا لیکن بکری کا مالک علی ہوگا۔
قبائلی علاقوں میں کرائے پر لینے والے زیادہ امیر نہیں ہیں۔ کرایہ دار کو بکریاں، بھیڑیں کرائے پر ملتی ہیں پھر کرایہ دار پاکستان کے پورے علاقے میں جاتا ہے جہاں وہ بکریوں کے لیے گھاس ڈھونڈتا ہے، انہیں کھلاتا ہے۔
یہ ایک منافع بخش کاروبار ہے لیکن ہمیں مویشیوں کے لیے ایماندار، حقیقی کرایہ دار تلاش کرنا چاہیے، لیکن بہت سے ایسے کرایہ دار ہیں جو بکریوں اور بھیڑوں کو لے کر بھاگ جاتے ہیں۔

Every business is good business to earn profit. But I came to know that most of the people in the tribal areas of Boli Chistan prefer goat, sheep business. People in tribal areas have thousands of sheep and the owner of goats gives all his goats and sheep to other people on rent or half profit.
The tenant gives the profit of the cattle to the owner of goats and sheep. The lessee and the owner of cattle divide the profit equally between them. The owner of the business only buys the cattle and then gives them to the lessee, the real asset of the business remains in the hands of the owner of all the cattle, only the lessee receives the profit from the business. But what profit will the tenant get from this business if all the assets are in the possession of the original owner of goats and sheep.
I have been given an example that if the owner of the goat buys the goat for 20 thousand rupees and the goat gives birth to a kid, then the kid will be divided 50% monthly between the tenant and the owner. The goat is Ali but the tenant is Majid and Majid took care of the goat, he milked the goat, then both the pregnant goat and now the kid will share 50% but the owner of the goat will be Ali.
Renters in tribal areas are not very rich. The lessee gets goats, sheep on rent then the lessee goes all over the area of Pakistan where he finds grass for the goats, feeds them.
It is a profitable business but we must find honest, genuine tenants for cattle, but there are many tenants who run away with goats and sheep.
I met the honest tenant, he told me this whole story that I share with you today.
