THE TRAIN

The first time I entered the train, it was one beautiful moment for me, though I had read books and also heard from people how the train was also another enjoyable means of transportation. In the course of the journey which I made from Kano to ibadan, I noticed there were so many stations. And each station, the train will stop to drop some persons or carry new persons.

Before boarding the train I had made some friends and we were already getting along. There was this beautiful lady that we became so bonded because we shared similar goals and passion. We decided to book close numbers to enable us stay together. it is obvious that Kano to ibadan is a very long distance and could take two days. I was so relaxed and confident that I could talk to someone.

Then I started noticing that each stations people will drop and new ones will join us and I was feeling concern about my new friend because she was gonna get off the train too. Though I wished she stayed a bit longer. Finally the moment came and she tapped me that it was time getting down and you know now.... The long journey continues.

It was at that moment I knew that the next person who occupied the seat of my friend who just got down was having what I needed for the next journey after ibadan. Alright let me stop here. I guess you know where I am driving at.

It is natural for you to loose some persons at a particular phase in time to allow those who are designed for the next phase to fit into your journey. Don't be dismayed everybody is fitting Into another person's journey. The goal is to always understand that there are time and seasons of every step that you take and people you work with.

This is not exempted in the online space. I tell people that my journey on the online space has made me get connected with important personnel, and it has made me understand the phases in actualising our goals. When it seems as if those who you are trying to work with are not putting the energy as expected, despite understanding the vision, it clearly shows you are moving on to the next phase.
