I challenge you to find a better free option to discover and play music. Licence is GPL 3. You will not find the app on PlayStore for reasons that will be obvious as soon as you start using the app. It is not piracy. RiMusic is getting its content from YouTube Music. I use F-Droid, but there are many other Android app stores one could use.
