Success for someone could simply indicate that their time has come. It does not imply that yours will not arrive, so exercise patience and carry on working and acting. In the end, when two individuals embark on a journey, the one who is closest to their destination will arrive there sooner, but it does not follow that the other will not reach theirs as well. You have to rid yourself of your competitive mindset if you want to become more patient.

Certain objectives are short-term, while others have a longer time horizon. Knowing this will enable you to plan how to wait for maturity. It's possible that someone starting a roadside hawking business will start making some money practically right away, but it won't be much. However, if someone were to launch a heavy manufacturing business, they would need to make a big financial investment and wait a while to see a return. But there will be a huge profit when it does materialize. Thus, the more your aspirations, the greater your need for patience.
