Despite all the financial losses people are recording through some spurious businesses going viral on social media, some people will still be looking for where to burn their money.
Some who have lost funds will definitely still be in search of where to put their money for 40% and even more monthly interest.
The truth is that this is a sure way to burn your money.
No genuine and sustainable business or investment works like that.
I know you heard some people say their money grows like grass but nothing like that happens in real life and by norm.
Grass grows anywhere.
But money never grows like that.
If your money grows like grass, remember that it gets cut down eventually or gets wiped out by herbicides.
If you truly work to get your money, then you should better understand that money is never multiplied in haste.
When you're invited to invest in any business, consider these:
Any promise of interest on your investment that is outrageous is just what it is: outrageous. Don't expect it to get on for long.
A company showing you they have CAC documents is not enough to regard them as an investment company.
What exactly are they licensed to trade in?
What are they doing now?
How are they supposed to legally raise money from the public? That is, are they empowered to do so?
- Investment in a company is legally done through the stock exchange market except you are giving loans to the said company through a detailed, legal, loan contract.
Anything like logging on to a website to transfer money to a company in the name of investment will usually end in premium tears. Don't do it.
Social media influeners are running paid ads. Their words are not a guaranty and so, you can't depend on them for investment purposes.
If a business cannot explain how exactly they make their money, don't be fooled. If they explain their processes, ask dispassionately if it is organically possible to make massive returns that guarantees your interest earnings.
If you're being aggressively pursued to invest, this is a big, red flag.
When MTN hit the capital market, they didn't aggressively run after anyone to invest. They just advertised and that's all.
If you're promised heaven and earth to part with your money in return for huge interest, be careful not to go ahead.
In the end, it is your decision what you do with your money.
Ire oh.
