Positivity of Thought Positive thinking affects behaviour since our thoughts become our actions. Working together with people who are close to us, working together with other interested parties, receiving support or assistance from people who may not be directly related to the issue at hand, coming up with creative solutions to problems that arise, being inventive in coming up with new ways of coping with pressures that seem to arise, and adapting to any situation that presents a challenge can all contribute to cultivating a positive mindset.
