It is said that gambling is as Old as man. About 4 out of 10 Nigerians engage in Gambling.
While some Smile after engaging in it, some feel deeply pained and regretful.
In a quest to get money, the ordinary man has a lined up number of choices to partake in. Gambling has been one of such route many young Nigerians such as myself partake. For me, It is not done in a bid to fulfill the burning desire of the GET RICH QUICK SYNDROME. But I participate in it for the Love and passion for sports and well who knows (smiling... I might just get lucky.
Today nonetheless, has been another day as I witnessed punters casting their votes yet again into the sports market hoping to make a fortune by staking on their favorite teams to win.
However, While some have failed to claim these rewards, others have joyfully claimed theirs.
It was joyful watching the smiles on the faces of those who won today and of course more joyful watching those who failed in claiming their rewards rejoicing with those who won.
Drawing from this line of reasoning therefore. For me Gambling is a 50/50 FACT. It is no myth. I've seen so many situations saved by the Lucky money won by Punters. And I've witnessed so many people engage in serious debts due to gambling. From my personal experience, it is a 50/50 system in the sense that it has chewed through a lot of people and it has lifted many out poverty too. While engaging in Gambling, it is applaudable to be very cautious about your spending. Don't spend your savings on gambling hoping to make a good fortune and a life changing game out of it. YOU WON'T.! Use only the money you feel you can dispose of and it won't come back to hurt you terribly. This road is a terrible road. Many have Gone, many have been saved. Many are going, many are being saved. Winning from Gambling is a FACT and not a myth and so is failing too. It's not just about losing money, it can affect how you feel. WIN OR LOSE, HAPPY or SAD, the ball is in your court. Trade with caution.
