There is a popular saying you can't spell the word HERO' without 'HER'. and I couldn't agree more.just being a woman embodies so much strength,you make sacrifices even we it feels uncomfortable just to see the ones you love happy.
Back in the day particularly in Africa a woman's place was considered to be in the kitchen she had no right to formal education and was pushed aside and made to believe that's all she was meant to be subsequently she was allowed to dream but not too much ,fast foward to the 21st Century we see the norms slowing unbecoming and the shackles broken and the woman has been allowed to dream and hope for so much more than just societal stereotypes ,which we still fighting against but we still celebrate our wins for we are not were we used to be no more.
A woman is so much more She has a career,she is a mother ,wife,sister,aunt and Daughter and never fails in any of these Areas.
Today I celebrate you Blurt woman for daring to break the bias,for not conforming to societal stereotypes and standing tall above all odds.
