THE BACKGROUND

My journey as a yoga teacher started as a child. Although My Father initiated the idea of meditation every evening as a military man who understood what mindfulness was about. Then coming to my High School. We usually had some playful practices after our fitness sessions before prep, little did I know that my passion was rather growing even better with stretches and calmness.
After I graduated from school, this passion never left me, I compared myself as a full Gym instructor and that of a yoga teacher, and here I resolved with signing up at a yoga studio in Abuja back in the year 2012... Although, as of then, I still never took my practice very seriously, except for Gym that I never missed to train every 3times a Week at BMT Garden and Gym, based on other challenges and work, I wasn't consistent. Until after few years past, I took a business vacation to the UAE where I got enrolled to my Yoga teacher training course, And when I returned back to Nigeria, I started creating even more awareness on mental health and over-all well being. Infact some of my friends got to know what yoga was all about from me and since then I took my practices very seriously and it's been more solicide.

I got employed at the Aso Villa in 2020 to train the staff of National Judicial Council by every Monday and Wednesday evenings, after work. And few more studios I teach here in the city of Abuja.
But I do prefer to hold my personal classes in an Outdoor to really feel grounded to connect with Nature and Mother Earth. Reminding us about our real existence that we are all spirit being.
And recently started teaching Yoga and Meditation @ the Central Park Of Abuja where we have an open field that can contain over 500 people and more practice at the same time.
At the same time, some days of the week i'm teaching yoga at French Institute of Nigeria.

Moreso, due to the covid-19 outbreak and lockdown, most clients rather find it more convenient taking their yoga classes private in the comfort of their homes.
That was when I extended my services to private yoga, swimming and Massage classes.

So basically, what drives me personally is the passion that I'm called to touch lives and heal through the means of Yoga Practices.
And trust me, the journey has been amazing so far to the Glory of the most High God.🙌🏽

Now, we have clients referring others to our pages and channel without our knowledge,
For me, no going back. Tinashi yoga to the world. #namaste🙏🏽
