Ways How to improve your attention banner

Attention is one of the most important qualities. The ability to see what others miss, to identify the smallest but most important details, is incredibly important not only for teachers who check tests and investigators who track down criminals. In the field of website creation and promotion is also extremely important diligence -- absent-mindedness in our business is not a luxury. Attention is what separates the professional from the amateur. And today we will talk about how to develop this wonderful ability.

LEARN TO NOTICE MANY THINGS

Observation and mindfulness go hand in hand. After all, it is by observing someone or something that we begin to notice the most important little things, to identify such important details that previously seemed meaningless.
Try playing a very funny and interesting game. The rules are simple: you have to choose a real person, and a stranger, and tell his story. And then, for the sake of interest, you can get to know him and check your observations for the truth. The main thing, of course, is not to offend the person by an uncontrolled flight of fancy.
Even the most exciting things can get boring if you do them for too long. And where there's boredom, there's confusion. That's why it's important to spot it in time and switch to another task. In this way, by planning your activities, you will greatly increase your efficiency, which is exactly what we need.

BE CURIOUS

Remember how, when we were kids, we were always discovering new things, and we tried hard to learn as much as we could about those new things. We were interested in the tiniest details.
And when we grew up, we stopped being curious for some reason. For some reason, we stopped asking questions. And for good reason! After all, the more we want to know about the things and processes that interest us, the more attentive we become. Try it! What are you particularly interested in today? Try to learn as much as you can about it during the week: read, ask, deepen your knowledge about it. You'll notice how you get better at it in no time.

SLEEP ENOUGH AND HAVE A BREAKFAST

Scientists have proven that those who eat food packed with carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats in the morning are much more attentive. And those who don't eat breakfast are more absent-minded. So, not just coffee alone! Getting enough sleep is also important. It's hard to stay focused when you've been sleeping for two to three hours a week. Sleep is an incredibly useful thing. It is in sleep that unexpected and interesting ideas come into your head, which you can then safely implement. To notice these ideas, you have to "sleep attentively" -- try to remember your dreams and understand them.
So, and how do you develop your mindfulness and concentration?

I used to play jokes on my kid when she was young - hiding things, moving things while her attention was elsewhere, mixing nonsense sentences etc. Luckily she always had a great sense of humour, but the point was to train her powers of attention and observation. Worked ;-)

I do sometimes with my nephew but he is more concentrated on playing mobile game over talking to me.
But when he do he is like adult talking to me but covering up things in limited words.
He have a nice sarcasm nature.

Interestingly, I recently read a publication that inferred that in order to be considered a person with solid knowledge or to be able to call yourself educated you must read at least 100 publications a year. Something that very few people do. Interesting publication.

Yes, reading more is a good habit, that I still lack. One can know anything with the publications, books.

Thanks

"Attentively sleeping" this caused me amusement, because you wouldn't be "sleeping", you don't actually rest. But at the same time I can understand what you are talking about, because when I was programming (as a student), I often solved difficult problems while sleeping. But this is not something I did consciously, it's like being in the Matrix, while your body is at rest the brain is still working :)
