The most common meaning of choking is lack of breathing due to some obstruction in the throat or trachea.
In life there are other types of suffocation, more emotional than physical, caused by people who suffocate us with their attitudes, there are also situations that suddenly suffocate us and that, although we seek a solution, are there and are difficult to end.
I have lived with this type of suffocation, and for this there is no medicine because it has nothing to do with the organism as such, there are ways to solve it but in my case there seems to be no solution.
Today is one of those days when I feel like I can't breathe and I would like to scream out loud or just disappear, but it's something I'm not allowed to do, I just have to move on as if nothing happened, just ignore my emotions.
Feelings become nothing because what's the point of feeling something you can't express, because in the end it will never be taken into account. You will always be an exaggeration of emotions, just a phenomenon that does not know why it has been created in life, because everything I do seems to be wrong to they, because apparently I do not have the ability to do things well or to take the helm of nothing in life.

Choking/suffocating can be an overwhelming feeling for anyone. Physical suffocating is scary. Psychological or emotional ones are more dreadful
I haven't seen a perfect human so, if you feel overwhelmed by emotions, try to bounce back stronger. Don't allow these to affect you.
