well, I went to one of the family owned gardens which is 1 km from the house, to check the condition of the garden, how surprised I was when I saw that the whole garden was full of weeds, huff it was a big shock,, yeah on the other hand I felt happy because I saw jackfruit that is displayed in all parts of the stem.
Jackfruit is one of the unique types of fruit, where the skin has smooth thorns, has a thick sap, and gives off a fantastic aroma when the jackfruit is ripe, where we are very familiar with jackfruit, jackfruit has been consumed by residents in various ways, starting with making jackfruit vegetable dishes, yes it is unripe jackfruit, and there are also those who wait for the jackfruit to ripen then they consume it by making a kind of snack if in Indonesia it is known as "kolak jackfruit".
jackfruit has a variety of fruit sizes, there is a jackfruit that weighs 3 kg, it is a very small size, and there is also a larger size that reaches a weight of 40 kg, in general the jackfruit in our place has an average weight of approx 30 kg, we call it jackfruit with normal size and for jackfruit weighing 30 kg it will be easy for us to sell in the market.
all the pictures you see are jackfruits that are only about 2 months old, which means we have to wait another 1.5-2 months for harvesting, we harvest jackfruit after the flesh is yellow, in our place, jackfruit that is ripe is more in demand by consumers. people, they prefer to consume ripe jackfruit instead of the other way around, but unfortunately we were not able to harvest all of the jackfruit in April, even though that month was Ramadan so the price of jackfruit was very expensive, so we were not lucky this time.

In general, jackfruit trees are usually easy to grow in tropical areas with soil PH conditions of 4-5, this plant is fairly easy to cultivate because jackfruit does not require special care, besides that jackfruit also does not affect extreme weather such as the dry season, so jackfruit is one of the best a type of plant that is easy to grow in all types of weather except cold climates (snow), if you are interested in cultivating jackfruit then you can take the seeds contained in the fruit, you seed all the seeds and then you plant and in the end he will become a tree spectacular jackfruit.
over time jackfruit has undergone many changes, as recently I saw on one of the YouTube channels there someone was promoting jackfruit with red flesh, but in our place there is no jackfruit of this type, maybe in the near future someone will start supplying the jackfruit seeds to us.
