Is the Fish Pregnant or Not?

My sister sent this photo to me and allowed me to post it. This is her stress reliever. She wanted to ask me and confirm if one of her fishes is pregnant. It's funny because I don't even know what kind of fish is she taking care, how much more in identifying the fish if pregnant or not. In this photo, I think it's possible that this fish is pregnant or maybe it consumed a lot of fish food.
