You are absolutely right, I have worked for years with children and the most correct thing to do is to know how to correct mistakes in the right way, without the student being afraid of the teacher.

We should behave the same way with our children, nephews, nieces or any child, teach them with love.

    Thanks for your comment, of course you are right, when students have a good relationship with a teacher, students will learn more and be interested in learning.
