This morning I left the house a little later than usual days, because the weather was raining heavily, when I wanted to see the development of my plants which were behind the house and I passed the small alley, I saw a bunch of fairy hat mushrooms (Coprinellus disseminatus or) these mushrooms usually I found it on the trunk of an oil palm tree in the rainy season like this, but this time it was very different. I found it growing on the surface of coconut fibers that were slightly buried in the ground right next to my house. Coprinellus disseminatus or much sought after by oil palm farmers for consumption because of its delicious taste. Fairy hat is a fungus from the Psathyrellaceae family, but this fungus is different from Coprinoid mushrooms, in that this fungus does not dissolve into black ink when it is wood, and this mushroom is also able to survive in light rain, unlike other Coprinoid mushrooms that will rot when exposed to rain for too long.

I found this fairy hat mushroom when it was still in its early stages of growth, its very small size made me need some tools to get good portraits, the tools I needed when I found small mushrooms like this were, a cellphone holder and additional lighting, if I use the lighting on the cellphone that I use to take pictures, in my opinion the results are not very good, so I'm here using the lighting from my mom's cellphone camera, after several tries and only relying on a little experience I finally got the right result with my wish.
