I remember taking the above photograph. I was trying to capture a view with the ladybug (lower petal) without losing the beauty of the rose. The ladybug did not come out clear, but the rose is so cheerful.

I am starting writing this on Thursday, a couple weeks ago, which was a holiday in the USA. I have the photographs formatted, but now to do as much of the publication as I can. We visited my daughter for the day which means I was not be computer as much. I am sure I can finish this publication by the weekend.

I am taking photos of my micro-green growing, but I am trying to get take photos at various stages. Possibly next week I will be able to do a publication on Micro-greens. I have increased my growing with many more trays started, so I should have many more photos that I can take. I am growing extra for my daughter. She has back problems that seem to be worse than mine. She is trying to lose some weight to take pressure off the back. I have avoided surgery on mine for over 50 years now. Eating many highly nutritious salads along with protein, and at the same time minimizing my carbohydrate intake I hope to keep my weight down.

I have mentioned in previous publications that I hunt for my meat supply. In October I was able to process 86.5 pounds (39.23574 kg) of meat, plus a 24 pound (10.8862 kg) wild turkey. I had the 60 pounds (27.2155 kg) of the original 86.5 pounds made into sausage. A couple of days ago I harvested another deer, and last night a friend brought me another one. He brings them to me and I process it for him and get half the meat. I started processing mine and hoped I could start this weekend. Now I have to work on both. I am hoping for another 90 pounds (40.8233 kg) of meat. I will get different sausage made, but need to use my meat grinder and have some ground for various dishes. This is my primary meat source until next fall, and I share some with my daughter and granddaughter, and of course my friend get his share. I had some left from last year in the freezer, so I am very happy with the outcome this season.

As I am writing this I am watching cryptocurrencies in a major correction. This reminds me what happened during the 1017-2018 run-up of cryptocurrencies. There were some wild swings in prices. No idea if this will be the same this time, but I am anticipating. This could be a great buying opportunity. I am guessing many are panicking and dumping at these lower prices, which adds to the correction. A correction was overdue, but I hope people hold tight instead of dumping and adding to the downturn. I am holding, and looking for some liquid cash to buy more. We cannot predict the top nor the bottom. For me I just accumulate. So hang in there everyone.

I am using a Canon EOS Rebel T5 for most photographs, except where noted. I do have an older PowerShot Canon camera that I use from time to time. Wildlife is usually taken by a stationary trail camera that takes photos based on motion.

awww how beautiful your dog is, he is so cute. One of the things I want when I have a house is a dog. When I was single and lived with my parents we had a dog, they are so loving and faithful.
Thank you. Sheba is a beauty. I cannot imagine not having a dog. We are lucky, because our dogs have a huge fenced yard, plus I take them out when I do chores in the shop or barn and they have plenty of room to run. They become part of the family.

We have been trying to safe safe, but my granddaughter was exposed and tested positive for Covid. It was through her OBGYN clinic. She is not showing symptoms. Her significant other is negative as is my daughter. I was with her a week ago so we are in self-isolation. My granddaughter is in hospital now having her baby. scary stuff.

I'm very happy that your meat reserve is in a good level, that helps you to be more relaxed, and it must be very rewarding after so much effort. It is also great to prepare the sausages at home, we have prepared them twice. What we prepare most often is Chorizo Venezuelan style, it is prepared by grinding the meat with different seasonings, such as parsley, onion, peppers, cilantro, chili, among others. Once everything is processed, the seasonings are added and it is stuffed into a gut, in our case it is synthetic, but it is edible. It should be kept frozen, because it is not pre-cooked, and when it is going to be consumed it is cooked.
