All of the abuse survivors would give their all to reverse the terrible occurrences if there was a way to do so. If you have experienced abuse, one of the most crucial things you should understand is that you should listen to the voices in your head. In addition to isolating you, your silence may promote the taboo nature of the topic. The rest of us are hurting because of the anguish you are going through. Like everyone else, you have a right to a happy, healthy life.
This is for you if you are experiencing an identity crisis and are running away from society. You should be aware of certain factors regarding how other people feel about you.

You Are Not at Fault in This
People say things like "it wasn't your fault" all the time, but do you truly believe them? Guilt is the initial emotional stage that an abuse victim experiences. Excuses such "had I not gone to that party" or "had I yelled for help," your brain may begin brainwashing you and this situation would not have occurred. On the other hand, the reality is completely different.

You must understand that none of it was your fault. This is just the result of the abuser's depraved mental state. The offender alone should take the blame. None of it was fair to you.

Staying Quiet Won't Benefit You

It makes perfect sense that you would remain silent because terrible experiences leave you in the dark. Silence is the best response someone can give. Psychiatrists claim that your voice disappears as your body's initial reaction to the continuous event.

Still, silence is not the answer—rather, it is a destructive force. This is something you must understand: the person who should be hushed and ashamed is the one who did the wrong, not you. Many new and joyful things will appear in your environment once you step beyond the gloomy zone and begin to discuss it.

You Have the Right to Report

It is entirely up to you whether or not to report your case to the police, as we should all agree. It's quite acceptable if you feel uncomfortable having the police question you or having to attend court sessions.

However, you are adopting a brave stand if you want to see justice served, put the offender in jail where he belongs, and ensure that other girls don't experience what you did.

No matter how dense the gloomy clouds become in your life, the sun will eventually rise above you. You still have the ability to brighten the remainder of your life, even after the traumatic event that stole its good aspects.
