When it comes to mushrooms, I immediately think of a delicious dish with some red chilies and sautéed onions in it. Mushrooms are a favorite food in my area. Some of the most popular types of mushrooms are oyster mushrooms, palm mushrooms and straw mushrooms.
In the past, when the rice harvest season arrived, we competed while running across the vast expanse of rice fields and rummaging through piles of hay to look for mushrooms. However, now that technological developments have infiltrated our village, the mushroom-seeking activity that has become a hereditary culture has now become extinct. The reason is, even though the rice fields have been harvested, the haystacks are no longer there, because the rice harvesting is done with a rice cutter tractor, so that the fingers are scattered all over the rice fields and do not grow mushrooms.
These days, mushrooms have become rare items, this is due to the hot weather, the rain has stopped. Now it's summer again, and mushrooms will be very hard to find.
This afternoon I was walking around the cemetery looking for some mushrooms, and I came across some mushrooms that looked like they were starting to wilt.
