2 . Thick Meals: Before going to bed, avoid eating large, spicy, or rich meals since they can make you uncomfortable and interfere with your sleep.

3 . Slumbering Through the Night: Although quick naps during the day are acceptable, naps too close to bedtime can contribute to difficulty falling asleep at night. Because they can interfere with your nighttime sleep, several mental health doctors advise against taking midday naps.

4 . Observing Clocks:
Anxiety and difficulty falling asleep can result from checking the clock frequently. Avert your eyes from the clock. You may create good sleeping habits that will give you a boost of energy and rejuvenation every morning by adhering to these dos and avoiding these don'ts.
