Going back to the hostel after an amazing vacation is na awful feeling for me. Those 10 days at home were absolutely incredible, and it's hard to leave all the goodnessbehind. Because for me my parents are my whole world. And living without them is too hurting for me.
But Sometimes, going back to the hostel can bring its own set of adventures and experiences. I am also a i little bit happy for going back to hostel because i am going back to my sister, as we share the same room.After my parents, she is the one i love the most even more than my own self.
I think about all the fun times I've had at the hostel before. The late-night chats, the impromptu dance parties, and the shared laughter with my roommate , oh you can say my sister. Those moments are waiting for me again, ready to create new memories and bring smiles to my face. Plus, being back at the hostel means I'll have the opportunity to explore new hobbies and interests. Maybe I'll discover a hidden talent or find a new passion that I never knew existed.
And even though it's tough to leave the comfort of home, I remember the importance of shared experiences and family bonds. The memories I made during my vacation will always be with me, and I can hold onto them whenever I'm feeling homesick. Specially i am gonna miss all the dlicious food i had during these days at home. Because as you know home made food is always the best.
So,✨for going back to hostel i have mixed feeling. I am excited to see my sister. She has her mis term exams these days so i have to be with her during this periods of time. She doesnt like cooking, so cooking is my department in hostel. Thats why i am a little bit worried about her that how she will gonna manage about food during her exams days. Because eating street food or junk food daily can be harmful for the health too specaily during exam days.
So , i thought to pack some delicoous stuff for me which se loves the most. Because she couldnt come with me for these vacation so i thought to give her the homie touch at hostel via food. Because:
GOOD FOOD=GOOD MOOD
let me tell you what stuff i packed for her.
First come my always favourite fish. I marinated it with some good spices, paste of green chillie ginger and garlic, and of course lemon.i mixed it very well so that all the spices can marinated all the pieces thourougly. After this i pack it in a disposebale box. Now its ready to reach my hostel...hahahaha
Second item is the favourite one of my whole family. Actually we can eat it the whole winter season without skipping a single day. It is callwd chatni. We use to make it by blending corriander, green chilli, one table spoon salt and some water. Blend blend blend...tadaaaaa its ready. Now its time for tarkaaaa....haha its about givibg the final touch by cooking it in oil for some time untill it gives youba thick texture. And then we eat it daily in our breakfasr with pratha and chai...trust me its the delicous breakfast ever and ever....
Last but not least it the sweet potatos, i dont like them moslty but my sister loves to eat it. So i thought to pack them for her.
So,
That was all for packing stuff. Now i am going back. I am sitting in the bus in which there are onlh 4-5 people. Actually it will be full after reaching the first destination level.
