Hola amigos cinéfilos, deseo se encuentren muy bien, hoy quiero compartirles una película que está siendo una de las más vistas desde su lanzamiento, se trata de La Sociedad de la Nieve, un film basado en hechos reales que nos muestra lo que vivieron los supervivientes de la tragedia de 1972.
Esto ocurrió cuando el equipo de rugby del Old Christians Club junto a otros tripulantes, entre ellos amigos y simpatizantes, se dirigía a Chile y se accidentaron en la cordillera de los Andes, luego de que el mal tiempo hiciera que las alas de avión impactaran contra cima de la montaña, haciendo que está se desprendiera y murieran muchos pasajeros al instante.

Vemos imágenes desgarradoras al momento del impacto, cuando la parte del avión dañada por el impacto se desplazaba a alta velocidad, adentrándose en el glaciar, perdiendo la vida, muchas personas al instante de las 45 que iban en el avión, muchas murieron a escasas horas debido a la gravedad de sus heridas.
Hello cinephile friends, I hope you are very well, today I want to share with you a movie that is being one of the most watched since its release, it is The Snow Society a film based on real events that shows us what the survivors of the tragedy of 1972 lived through.
This happened when the rugby team of the Old Christians Club along with other crew members, including friends and supporters, were on their way to Chile and crashed in the Andean Cordillera, after bad weather caused the wings of the plane to hit the top of the mountain, causing it to detach and many passengers to die instantly.
We see heartbreaking images at the moment of impact when the part of the plane damaged by the impact was moving at high speed, entering the glacier, losing the lives of many people instantly of the 45 people who were on the plane, many died within hours due to the severity of their injuries.
Los jóvenes del equipo de rugby tenían previsto ir a Chile a jugar, por lo que se dispuso de un avión de las fuerzas aéreas de Uruguay para que los trasladara, yendo acompañados de familiares y amigos, quienes iban a apoyarlos.
Luego del accidente las condiciones climáticas empeoran, pues en ese lugar es imposible vivir debido a las bajas temperaturas, muchos murieron congelados el primer día, pero la necesidad de sobrevivir los llevo a ingeniárselas al día siguiente para tapar las corrientes de aire y así resistir un poco más el frío.
Pero así como los heridos se fueron acrecentando, el hambre también lo fue, pues las provisiones de alimentos eran muy pocas y pese a su buena distribución, no tardaron en acabarse debido a la cantidad de personas, llegando a un punto en que estaban literalmente muriendo de hambre.
The young men of the rugby team had planned to go to Chile to play, so a plane of the Uruguayan Air Force was arranged to transport them, accompanied by family and friends, who were going to support them.
After the accident, the weather conditions worsened, because in that place it is impossible to live due to the low temperatures, many of them froze to death the first day, but the need to survive led them to manage the next day to cover the air currents and thus resist the cold a little more.
But just as the wounded were increasing, so was the hunger, because the food supplies were very few and despite its good distribution did not take long to run out due to the number of people, reaching a point where they were literally starving.

Fueron días terribles, dónde su esperanza estaba puesta en el rescate, hasta que en un punto, logran arreglar un pequeño radio y es cuando escuchan que las labores de rescate han sido suspendidas temporalmente.
Desanimados y con la esperanza de vivir, al iniciar el deshielo, estos jóvenes se aventuran a escalar sobre la nieve y buscar ayuda, pero ante la debilidad de sus cuerpos sin alimentar y el clima tuvieron que regresar.
Hasta que en una oportunidad ya aprendiendo de sus experiencias fallidas, estos jóvenes se prepararon ante el frío y con algunos suministros decidieron caminar sobre las montañas en búsqueda de ayuda, pues sabían que si regresaban la muerte sería segura y luego de caminar por diez días sobre la cordillera de los Andes, lograron encontrar ayuda y esperanza para los demás jóvenes quienes aguardaban en el avión.
Aquí vemos como tuvieron que alimentarse de carne humana para poder sobrevivir, esto luchando contra sus perjuicios y creencias. Este es un tema que impacto al mundo, pero fue la única posibilidad que tenían para seguir con vida.
Those were terrible days, where their hope was set on rescue, until at one point, they managed to fix a small radio and that is when they heard that the rescue work had been temporarily suspended.
Discouraged and with the hope of living, when the thaw began, these young men ventured to climb over the snow and look for help, but due to the weakness of their bodies without food and the weather, they had to turn back.
Until one time, learning from their failed experiences, these young men prepared for the cold and with some supplies decided to walk over the mountains in search of help, because they knew that if they returned death would be certain and after walking for ten days over the Andes Mountains, they managed to find help and hope for the other young men who were waiting on the plane.
Here we see how they had to feed on human flesh in order to survive, fighting against their prejudices and beliefs. This is an issue that shocked the world, but it was the only chance they had to stay alive.

La película muestra el drama que vivieron estás personas y como se aferraban a la vida, luchando contra todo pronóstico.
Vemos el dolor de muchos al perder a sus seres queridos a causa del hambre y de la gravedad de sus heridas, vemos como la naturaleza puede ser implacable y como la esperanza por sobrevivir nos mantiene vivos.
Esta película tocó mi corazón, me hizo llorar varias veces, es una película conmovedora que te atrapa, pude sentir la alegría de los jóvenes al ser rescatados y como se aferraban a la vida.
Esta película ha ganado varios premios y está nominada para representar a España en los premios Óscar 2024, como mejor película internacional. Aplaudo a J. A. Bayona por escribirla y dirigirla, al tocar temas sensibles con la mayor sutileza posible y por hacernos parte de la historia, esta película está basada en hechos reales y es una de las películas estilo documental que te conmoverán, disfruté mucho viéndola por la lucha de estos héroes, quienes no se rindieron y pese al dolor por los que iban perdiendo nos enseñaron de que siempre habrá esperanza y de que debemos luchar ante cualquier dificultad y aferrarnos siempre a la vida, su valentía fue un ejemplo a seguir.
The film shows the drama that these people lived through and how they clung to life, fighting against all odds.
We see the pain of many who lost their loved ones because of hunger and the severity of their wounds, we see how nature can be relentless and how hope for survival keeps us alive.
This movie touched my heart, it made me cry several times, it is a touching movie that grabs you, I could feel the joy of the young people when they were rescued and how they clung to life.
This film has won several awards and is nominated to represent Spain in the Oscars 2024, as best international film. I applaud J. A. Bayona for writing and directing it, for touching sensitive issues with the greatest possible subtlety and for making us part of the story, this film is based on real events and is one of the documentary style films that will move you, I really enjoyed watching it because of the struggle of these heroes, who did not give up and despite the pain for those who were losing they taught us that there will always be hope and that we must fight against any difficulty and always hold on to life, their courage was an example to follow.
