One church, One Journey...

“The vision is where God wants us to go, but the journey towards it must be traveled. As one people, Israel journeyed together toward God’s promise.

Being one church focused one journey is the road toward attaining the vision.”

The vision is not about eyesight but of insight.

It’s not just any vision but has to be a clear vision from God.

“They answered Joshua, ‘We will do whatever you command us, and we will go wherever you send us.17 We will obey you just as we obeyed Moses. And may the Lord your God be with you as he was with Moses.18 Anyone who rebels against your orders and does not obey your words and everything you command will be put to death. So be strong and courageous!’” – Joshua 1: 16-18 (NLT)

We see love and unity personified. As a faith community, they have purposely become a wave of love and if you’re a part of it you will never want to step out. Perhaps right now you have an opportunity to join in. God is calling you to make some sacrifice.

We can become a people known for following God. We can truly be a light that will draw men to Jesus Christ that continually shines where we are. We do not need to be a big congregation to do this. We only need to be faithful in seeking the Lord. This is the great hope that each generation needs to shine bright in their hearts. But how? I am thankful for Joshua’s example. I am thankful for those 2.5 tribes that lived in faith and commitment. We have an example to follow.

The question is:
Are you willing to do whatever God commanded us and go wherever He sends us?

manzon
