I understand that meditation is the greatest key in Communion with our spirit and also with nature by listening only to the sound of nature.
you can meditate to achieve a certain goal spiritually or mentally, through the process of meditating there will be a union with your body and the spiritual awakening around you.
At the end of every exercise you've partaking in and by finding a restful place at our personal home which is our mind, it should be at peace because the mindset at peace will improve your health both mentally and spiritually.
Creating a restful place for our mindsets and spiritually selves is very important because at the both ends they'll end up improving the functionality of the human body and make us satisfied with nature and God in that same process.
Meditation in my understanding is a way to calm down my non restful mindset and spirit together
