It looks like the Holy Kaneh Bosm plant used in the Oil of Annointing, and the Smoke of Incense spoken of in Exodus 30:23… It was Used to heal the sick and raise the dead.

I love it! when I was young, I and my late big bro used to plant fruits using its seeds, like mango, jackfruit, cotton fruit and etc. asian fruits. But most of them didn't survived, either it will be eaten by our freed chickens or by our dogs playing around the garden haha. Anyhow it was really enjoying since there was no gadgets those days.
