🖊️ COMMENTARY
It appears God raised Elijah to challenge and overcome the problems King Ahab and Jezebel's evil reign posed. Elijah had a unique ministry
and was popular among all the prophets of his time. Elijah was a miracle Worker. He stopped the rain for three and a half years; he raised the dead and multiplied food. He also transferred anointing to Elisha.
But notably, he confronted Ahab and other false prophets. He also challenged their altars and it was proven that no other altar could stand before God's altar, be it satanic, demonic or human. Elijah was able to stop the excesses of the wicked and their altars because he operated by the power of God. You too can! Remember the Scripture says: "I give unto you power." It is a supernatural power to undo all the devices of the enemy.
In case you are challenged or intimidated by satanic powers, quickly approach the Almighty for His promise to give His children power. He shall empower you like He did to Elijah. When you carry God's power, other powers will bow. For at the mention of the name Jesus every knee bows.
