So I found myself at the Tractor Supply today. I needed a couple bungee cords and I also wanted to pick up another pack of Corn Seeds (sweet corn) for the garden.
I get to the seed kiosk and promptly pick up the pack of Sweet Corn, and they were on sale today 25% off. Now it is time to get out of there...
But that is when my Seedy Problem starts.... I tell myself I'm just going to get what I came for and get out but NOOOOO....
I start looking around at the other seed packs (they are on sale after all) and would you look at that.... Johnny Jump Ups.
Aren't they pretty and they would be good for bringing in those beneficial insects and pollinators. All for under $2.00. Into the cart they go.
Then I just have to take a look around the other side and would you look at that there are more flowers....
COSMOS, got to have cosmos... Lady Bugs love those.
And Inpatients. yep those too...
And Alysium... I always want them...
In the End I ended up getting all of the flower seed that I can still plant and get Blooms this summer / fall.
You want to know the funny part I forgot the bungee cords, hahaha 😀
So now you know my addiction; My Seedy Problem. I can't go near a seed display without buying something. Does anybody else have this problem? 😜
Yeah, I try not to look or I get sucked in. Johnny jump-ups are my favourite. They've naturally popped up in every garden wherever I've lived. I never weed those ones, they're too pretty, it'd be a shame. And if they bring pollinators to the garden, that's a bonus...undo a little damage caused by people spraying Monsanto everywhere.
