Saludos amigos de esta querida comunidad, estamos en el mes donde celebramos el día del padre en algunos países, por lo que se les honra a todos esos hombres que ejercen una labor llena de amor y constancia, hombres que dedican tiempo de calidad para con sus hijos, esos que cambian la vida de los pequeños para que estos sean grandes personas del mañana; a esos se les llama Papá.
Greetings friends of this dear community, we are in the month where we celebrate Father's Day in some countries, so we honor all those men who exercise a work full of love and perseverance, men who spend quality time with their children, those who change the lives of the little ones so that they become great people of tomorrow; those are called Dad.
Siempre digo que Dios me bendijo con el padre que me regalo porque fue una persona que dejó huellas en todo aquel que lo conoció, papá era un hombre humilde por dentro y por fuera, él fue criado en el campo por lo que de joven hacía trabajo duro, luego fue que se mudó a la ciudad en busca de una mejor calidad por lo que consiguió un empleo como repartidor de cartas en el telégrafo de la ciudad empleo que lo llevó a conocer los rincones de la población y por ende a muchas personas. Papá a través de su empleo se volvió una persona muy popular y querida por muchos, quienes le apreciaban por su gentileza y humildad.
I always say that God blessed me with the father he gave me because he was a person who left his mark on everyone who knew him, Dad was a humble man inside and out, he was raised in the countryside so when he was young he did hard work, then he moved to the city in search of a better quality so he got a job as a letter delivery man in the telegraph of the city, a job that led him to know the corners of the population and therefore many people. Dad through his job became a very popular person and loved by many, who appreciated him for his gentleness and humility.
Con mi madre formó la familia de la cual nacimos nueve hermanos, él dedicaba tiempo valioso a compartir con nosotros los fines de semana, ya durante la semana trabajaba y al llegar a la casa por supuesto estaba cansado más, sin embargo, algunas noches recuerdo que me contaba cuentos y me cantaba canciones. Con mi madre fue muy especial, era un hombre detallista, además de alegre por lo que le hacía bromas a mamá. Una anécdota de ellos es que mamá estaba preparando la cena y papá entró a la cocina para hacerle cosquillas, mamá por su parte no quería bromas en el momento por lo que papá quedó con la masa de las arepas encima como era un hombre que no se molestaba eso le dio por reír y más a tras mis hermanos ja ja ja.

En el colegio, papá era mi representante además de ser el delegado de la junta de representantes lo cual lo mantenía activo en las labores de la institución, un día de las madres durante el acto con motivo a ese día se presentó disfrazado de señora en una obra de teatro realmente estaba irreconocible por lo que mamá ni se imaginaba que era él, pero al final de la obra había un baila y se le ocurrió buscar a mamá para bailar mamá se negaba, pero él con la insistencia hizo que ella aceptara y en lo que culmino el baile tomó un ramo de flores que estaba en una mesa y se lo obsequio a mamá, ella no lo quiso recibir porque pensaba era un extraño y en ese mismo instante comenzó a quitarse el disfraz delante del público mientras estos se reían de él porque las maestras le habían colocado mucha ropa para que pareciera una verdadera señora, quedando en ropa deportiva y cuando mi madre lo miró estaba roja de la pena.

Papá era tan ocurrente que un día le estaba comenzando a manifestarse la gripe por lo que él sentía el pecho apretado, estábamos todos reunidos en la casa cuando de pronto él desapareció del corredor y se me ocurre ir a la sala, estaba acostado en un sillón y todo desvanecido porque se hizo un remedio(según él) para que la gripe se le aflojara. Se tomó una copa de ron puro con limón y por el calor que estaba haciendo por poco y no la cuenta, cuando le tomaron la tensión la tenía por el piso.

La verdad es que con papá disfrutamos mucho, él fue más que nuestro padre, fue nuestro amigo, confidente y cómplice en nuestras locuras sanas. De él aprendimos tantas cosas buenas que es imposible olvidarlo, son muchas las anécdotas de mi padre las cuales con solo recordarlas lo siento tan cerca y eso me hace muy feliz.
The truth is that with dad we enjoyed a lot, he was more than our father, he was our friend, confidant and accomplice in our healthy follies. We learned so many good things from him that it is impossible to forget him, there are many anecdotes of my father which just remembering them makes me feel so close to him and that makes me very happy.
