Saludos amigos creativosy amantes del buen comer, es un placer volver a compartir una receta mas con todos ustedes; en esta ocasión traigo unos mini churros tradicionales muy fáciles y económicos para elaborar en casa.

Greetings creative friends and lovers of good food, it is a pleasure to share one more recipe with all of you; this time I bring you some traditional mini churros, very easy and economical to make at home.

Ingredientes:

1 taza harina todo uso
1 taza de hagua
1 huevo de gallina
1 cucharada de mantequilla
Aceite
1 pizca de sal
Azúcar y canela
Botella plástica
Bolsa plástica,gruesa
Tijera y cuchillo

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour

Preparación/Preparation

Lo primero que se debe saber es que tanto la harina como elagua deben ser lamisma cantidad,por eso yo tomé una taza de café para ambas medidas y luego coloqué el agua en el caldero para ser llevado al fuego.

The first thing to know is that both the flour and the water should be the same amount, so I took a cup of coffee for both measures and then placed the water in the pot to be brought to the fire.

Seguidamente añadi la mantequilla para que se disuelva en el agua

I then added the butter to dissolve in the water.

Luego se coloca lapizca de sal y la canela

Then add a pinch of salt and cinnamon.

Cuando comience a hervir,se incorpora la harina de un solo golpe

When it starts to boil, the flour is added in one go.

Y rápidamente con una paleta de madera comenzamos a mezclar, esto a fuego muy lento

And quickly with a wooden paddle we begin to mix, this over very low heat.

A medida que se va mezclando, todoslosingredientes se van incorporando formando una masa homogénea

As it is mixed, all the ingredients are incorporated to form a homogeneous mass.

Apagamos el fuego y agregamos el huevo, continuamos mezclando hasta ver que la masa tenga una sola consistencia; entonces dejamos enfriar un poco

Turn off the heat and add the egg, continue mixing until the dough has a single consistency; then let it cool a little.

Mientras se enfria la masa, tomamos la botella plástica ya limia y la cortamos tal cual se muestra en la imagen

While the dough is cooling, we take the plastic bottle and cut it as shown in the image.

En la tapa vamos a dibujar una estrela la cual recortaremos con la punta de un cuchillo y así obtendremos la boquilla

On the lid we will draw a star which we will cut out with the tip of a knife to obtain the nozzle.

Tomamos la masa y la colocamos en la bolsa plástica, apretando para que llegue hasta la parte superior donde realizaremos un corte con la tijera para que dicha masa ueda salir

We take the dough and place it in the plastic bag, squeezing it so that it reaches the upper part where we will make a cut with the scissors so that the dough can come out.

Seguidamente introducimos la bolsa en la botella

The bag is then inserted into the bottle.

Colocamos en aceite a calentar en el fuego

Heat the oil on the stove.

En un plato llano, esparcir azúcar y canela

In a shallow dish, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.

En otro plato vamos sacando los mini churros, realizando la acción que se ejerce al decorar una torta

In another plate, we take out the mini churros, doing the same action as when decorating a cake.

Así van quedando los mini churros

Cuando el aceite está bien caliente, introducimos los churros en él para que se cocinen y al ver que están dorados los reiramos del aceite

When the oil is very hot, we introduce the churros in it so that they cook and when we see that they are golden brown, we remove them from the oil.

Asi de dorados quedan al retirarlos del aceite

This is how golden they are when removed from the oil.

Es hora de pasar los churros por el plato donde está el azúcar y la canela para que estos se llenen de ambos ingredientes

It is time to pass the churros through the dish with the sugar and cinnamon so that they are filled with both ingredients.
