So just believe

This world was not created for perfection.

The people here are also weak and the time here is not lasting.

Loves do not stay the same.

Circumstances keep changing.

Sometimes happiness, sometimes sorrow.

Are separated.

You Try to find a paradise that is perfect and lasting.

سورہ الاعلی آیت 17

وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَى

Translation

So the real happiness of man in this world is the love of the Hereafter attached to obedience to the Lord.

And man is running away from it.

So how can you be happy?

Let's start being happy. Stop expecting perfection from this world and the people of this world.
