Hope everybody is well. I am also much better by the grace of God. Today I have come up with an oil fried recipe among you. My televazar recipe is dal bara . I hope everyone will like this recipe.
Dal bora
Necessary materials:
মসুর ডাল | ৫০০ গ্রাম |
---|---|
তেল | ৫০০ গ্রাম |
মরিচ | পরিমাণ মতো |
লবণ | পরিমান মতো |
হলুদ | পরিমাণ মতো |
রসুন | পরিমাণ মতো |
আদা | পরিমান মতো |
জিরা মসলা | পরিমান মতো |
পেঁয়াজ | পরিমান মতো |
Steep 1:
- I have chosen Musur dal to make dal bara. If you want, you can make bara with other pulses. However, my mother said, Musurdal is much tastier than other dal. So I chose lentils to make bara.
- Now the lentils should be soaked with water. About half an hour to an hour and a half.
- Once wet, water should be removed from the lentils. And it can be seen that the lentils are much more swollen and soft than before.
- This time I have taken Sanki and Nora to bata or grind the lentils. In our village language they are called Sanki and Nora.
- If it is well discounted. I will keep it in a clean house.
- This time we will give the amount of cumin spices.
- Then I will give the quantity of pepper. The peppers should be cut into small pieces.
- Then I cut some garlic into small pieces.
- Then you have to give the onion. The onions should be cut into small pieces. So as to fit in with the smaller ones.
- This time I have given some amount of ginger paste. To make fun and delicious.
- Now you have to give yellow like amount
- Then you have to give salt accordingly.
- Now after combining all of them, you have to mix or apply well.
Steep 2:
- Now you have to take a clean pan.
- Now you have to put oil in the pan.
- Now you have to wait for a while till the oil heats up. Once the oil is hot, remove the bara one by one.
- You have to wait for a while after the big ones are oiled. Then you have to separate the big ones with a stick. So that it does not freeze.
- Now when the big ones are on one side, they have to be turned upside down.
- Now after a while I will see that the big ones have turned red. That means you have to understand that the big ones are gone. Now you have to remove the big ones from the pan and keep them in a clean house.
- My oil fried dal bara recipe is ready. I took a selfie with the latest adult.
