Sometimes it's not death we fear the most, but the suffering of our lives until that point...
I wonder if your Vitamin D level has been checked. You speak of your use of Vitamin C, which is quite a powerful antioxidant, but are you aware how important Vitamin D is to our health? If you don't spend at least 20 minutes in the direct sunlight every day, you are probably deficient, because we only get small amounts in our diet. Some people take 200,000 IU per day, and more, to get their blood level up to the proper amount. Do you know your current level? People with chronic illness (including infections) usually need a LOT more Vitamin D than healthy people, so if you're not supplementing, you probably should be. Some people get resolution of their health problems with nothing other than proper Vitamin D use. I am currently taking about 10,000 IU per day.
I've used 5,000 IU of vitamin D per day but now I am just taking it with my Calcium tablets which includes Vitamin D3, but I take at least two tablets of Calcium so my total intake is about 800 IU of Vitamin D3 which is 100% of recommended daily intake aside from what Moringa powder contains.
I haven't had any lab tests about my vitamin D levels nor I know if they had the test from the diagnostic centers here in my place but maybe I will consider to get tested. What is bad about a failed set of Kidneys is that the active form that the body produces comes from working Kidneys so I had a lot of years of having lack of it until I started supplementing on calcium with vitamin D many years later up until now because I needed both to support my bones.
As for vitamin C I take 1,000 mg a day and i just hope that it is working for my current viruses in my body which I hope not to get ill from because its the final nail of my coffin after suffering a bit like what I saw in one of my co-patients although he drinks while I myself is trying to fight it off with rather peculiar ways and means.
Vitamic C absorption will be effective when it will be taken along with vitamin D, and again just the 2 of them will not improve the bone health and for that you also need vitamin K2. The 3 of them work together. K2 will help funnel the calcium into the bones and remove all dangerous calcification happening in the arteries, while vitamin D will absorb dietary calcium from the gut. If you are only taking Vitamin D and not calcium still D and K2 is a good balance. If the bones are too weak then even magnesium needs to be added to this dose.
For liver health you need to add B12 and E for benefits.
I am saying this because my son is a functional medicine practitioner and I learn it from him.
People take vitamins randomly which should not be the case, vitamins go hand in hand with one another for benefits to be seen. It is always best to go with expert advice before taking any vitamin supplements because excess can also create problems.
Yes these ways of taking the said vitamins is correct particularly the combination of Vitamin K2 MK-7 with Magnesium, Calcium, and vitamin D for it to work which is why I had been experiencing improvements with my bones and the considerable improvements with pain as well as the overgrowth of my face particularly inside my mouth. Ma'am @nainaztengra 😀
As for my other vitamin needs, I just use Moringa powder everyday because I might get overdosed with vitamins if I will take them in a tablet or pill form supplements. Now with the addition of Ketoanalogues which makes me strong and I should had taken it a long time ago but my Nephrologist never prescribed it to me.
I am happy with the improvements and I just pray to God that this will continue because it is very hard to endure pain and immobility.
