First of all I am glad that I am once again relived with my breathing issues considering that I only loaded the usual amount of fluid within a lower dry weight. But I had a bout of hypotension again about 45 minutes before the dialysis termination time.
The nurse just added some NSS (Saline Solution) to my system and probably diminished some fluids that have to be taken off. The treatment was set to "minimum" setting for about 15 minutes and then resumed but with a slower blood pump. Better that than terminating the treatment altogether.
I did targeted a drier dry weight but my body just could not do it anymore. I am a bit confident that might pull it off because I have a crackling sound in my lungs indicative of some fluid in my lungs but my hypotension (IDH as they call it) kicked in so I wasn't able to achieve my target of 52 Kilos, I went home with 52.3 Kilos and if you will take off the weight of the wheelchair I am sitting on which is 17.4 Kilos you will determine my ridiculous amount of weight.
About the Dentist visit clearance
I thought that after my Nephrologist would see the results of my X-ray I will be referred first to a Pulmonologist and then will put me again in Anti-TB medication therapy for six months but it was not the case.
One of my nurses told me that my X-ray was just the same as before after being cleared by the Pulmonologist that I already had been treated for TB and then told me that she will show it to my Nephrologist.
Then also I thought that my doctor will give me an antibiotic for that Pneumonia as stated by the Chest X-ray result. The thing is that my CBC is not indicating that I have an infection but for whatever reason I just got cleared in visiting the dentist and that I can get the tooth extraction or whatever the dentist will do to my ugly set of poor teeth, thanks be to God.
