First I want to thank all the people who wanted my recovery, today I am fine, thank God I have already started the diet to lose weight and when I am 100% pain-free for several days in a row I will also start the exercises to lose weight.
Primero quiero agradecer por todas las personas que desearon mi recuperación, hoy estoy bien gracias a Dios ya empecé la dieta para bajar de pesa y cuando esté 100% sin dolor por varios días seguidos empezaré los ejercicios también para bajar de peso.
Today I did the first power up of the year 2022, for 4,000 Blurt, I have not yet reached my goal of 200k but for the next power up I will achieve it.
Hoy hice el primer power up del año 2022, por 4.000 Blurt, no he llegado aún a mi meta de 200k pero para el próximo power up lo lograré.
