Reach out to a friend who is going through so much in life, people re silently dying under your roof but you have no idea or think it’s normal. Man wants to be happy and when that happiness disappears man don’t see anything important. I have seen people depressed not because they do not have money or what they want but because those they genuinely love do not reciprocate this love back.
That people constantly wear a smile on their faces and are always lively doesn’t really mean they re happy people. Sometimes you need someone to tell your story even if it means crying while you tell these stories. Depression is real but until you re hit with it you will never truly understand what it means to be depressed.
IF NOT FOR BLURT
taking time to visit the beach was a way of clearing my head with nature
I won’t want to put my personal life experience and life problems here but I think I found a family and people who can listen to me when I talk. If you notice or pay close attention to all my photos I try to smile just to bring out the new found joy in me which basically comes from blurt and nothing else. But when I can’t make blurt shirts the joy disappears and I am back to default settings. My environment and people around me do not show me much love that I think every human deserves and it is as though I am having more enemies than friends. I have seen a therapist and done a psychological test to see where I am wrong and what I need to do but yet none of these has brought back that inner joy and I am mostly with OCD and I can’t help it.
That you have what you prayed for and a bit of comfortable life doesn’t stop depression to come in. Love conquers all and when that love is there happiness follows and what a man needs is love from family, friends and relatives. Without that love one can’t truly be happy.
WE ALL DESERVE TO BE HAPPY

The great man, Aristotle defined Happiness as the meaning and purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence. Aristotle By this, the philosopher meant that for one to be happy, one needs to be fulfilled in all aspects of life ranging from the physical to the mental conditions.
A good number of people are not happy. Although some pretend to be happy, that isn’t the case. This is so because they lack satisfaction in one way or the other. We are not the creators of ourselves. Therefore, if we have issues, we should allow them to He who made us. Perhaps he may have a better way of seeing to them.
@bestkizito , not everyone is satisfied with life’s situations and occurrences. Some of us seem happy because we’ve so much avoided painful memories by refusing to dwell in the past and instead, living in the present moment.
I urge you to be positive and stay away from negativity. You could achieve this by avoiding negative thoughts and people, shunning problems and failure, and instead, focusing on solutions and development.
In conclusion, we should all try to be kind to people. We do not know what people are passing through. Being kind, putting smiles on the faces of people and listening to people could go a long way in restoring their happiness.

I felt touched with this write up because i am one among those who are not showing you this love, but i want you to know that we are in this together. In previous year I was very sad and I was in trouble about my life. What will I do in future. Who will care of me. How can I express my thoughts. And what will be the result of it. Who will hear me in my old age. When I will become an old man. My family will be busy in their lives.

Depression is real. There are many things that can make someone depressed. The best thing is to talk to someone. Yes, look for a confidant. A problem shared they say, is half solved. I was so touched when I read this. Truly, people really need love. I can remember there was a time 3 years ago I was really depressed. I couldn't do anything and I was really down. I tried to do things to cheer me up, but didn't work. It was my best friend (who died lastweek) that really encouraged and helped me through until I was back to my feet again. We really need people in one way or the other to help us and then we too also need to extend that help to reach others as well. It hurts me so much that I have lost such a wonderful friend to the hands of death. It was really heart breaking.
Nothings remains the same forever, you will surely pull through as well with time. And I pray you this phase you are passing through come to an end real soon, so you can find your inner peace again.
