There is is something SCARY! Something DESTRUCTIVE!
The advent of social media has brought us so much good. Businesses and jobs are carried out, seamlessly, across the numerous social media platforms. The advantages are innumerable.
But below the superficial good of this ocean of invaluable tool, there is a jagged-toothed shark. Which in deem light of understanding, may appear invisible.
There are two things, NDITY and TXICITY ABOUT MARRIAGE. More worrisome is the latter. Fact is, there are true life happenings, out there, about marriage that are heart-stopping. Another fact is, bloggers, somehow, know that stories like this, whether real or made-up, tend to attract more attention. Infact, most of the short stories are made-up.
Instances of divorce aren't helping either.
An average young Nigerian (especially female), deep down, is scared of marriage. How were our progenitors able to stay married? Does it mean they had no challenges, e.g infidelity? Were there no cases of separation?
Truth is such cases have and will always be. Difference is, the world is now a small village, so we hear many at a time,; far and near.
Bottom line: desire virtue, express virtue.
Guard your heart, develop and control your mind, otherwise social media T*xicity will irredeemably destroy you and your future.
