The ingredients
For cooking chicken mincer
2 cups minced chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala gura
Amount of soybean oil
Salt to taste
Rice flour for pitha 1kg
Salt 1 tsp
First, cook the minced meat, heat some oil in a pan and fry it until brown with chopped onions.
Step 2
Then mix all the ingredients one by one with batter and gura masala and add minced chicken.
Step 3
I will take wet rice flour, rub salt on the rice flour, sprinkle a little normal water and rub it on the flour, so that each rice flour is wet, then if the rice flour does not fall easily when squeezed in the palm of the hand, it will be understood that it is okay to apply the flour, half an hour. I will leave it at rest
Step 4
I will strain the wet guri through a sieve, boil the water in the hari for making the pita, if the hari is closed, then put the hari with a thin cotton cloth on the top of the hari so that the steam does not come out.
Step 5
Wipe the pita bowl well and add half of the rice flour and mince the chicken as you like.
Step 6
Wet a net cloth and take a piece of pita bowl cloth.
Step 7
When the pitha is steamed, I will make the next pitha in the same way.
