Everyone is fine here. Today I will show you Bagun Chop Spell.

The ingredients..

250 grams gram flour
1/2 eggplant
2 potatoes
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
2 to roasted dry chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black cumin
1/4 teaspoon of sugar
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon joan
1 teaspoon roasted almonds finely chopped
White oil for frying as per quantity
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

cooking instructions
First of all, for the chop, cut the potato into four pieces with the peel, wash and boil it.
But the potato should not be melted. When it is boiled and cooled, it should be mashed well.
Now the whole masala should be fried and powdered in a dry pan, 1 tablespoon in the pan.
Mashed potatoes with oil, salt in quantity, turmeric powder, fried almonds, stir-fried masala powder, when it comes out of the pan, take it out and let it cool.
On the other hand, grind gram flour in a bowl and mix baking powder with sugar and make a medium batter with little water.
Now take a little bit of potato masher, put a little oil on your hands and make it round and make it into a chop shape.
Heat the oil on the flame, add enough salt to it once more and dip one by one in the batter and turn it over low to medium flame and fry it until golden brown for 3/4 minutes.

Cut the brinjal to your own size and thin it, wash it and apply a little salt and turmeric to the same batter, thin it with 2/3 tbsp of water, mix black cumin and jawan, dip the brinjal slices and brown each side on medium heat.
Fry and serve with hot tea.
