Family, social, and state security were guaranteed to all, regardless of Suevians, Goths, Vandals, Romans, and Jews. The repeal of the strict and oppressive Visigothic laws benefited the Jews in particular and gave them the opportunity of public service as the ultimate slave of the Muslims. Over time, C্ডrdoba gradually became the heart of the Jews. Above all, Spain became the center of learning culture in Europe.
