First of all, wash the capsicum thoroughly and cut the top from it and remove its stalk.

After cutting the stalk of capsicum, carefully remove all the seeds of capsicum with the help of a knife.

After taking out the seeds of capsicum, boil the potatoes thoroughly, peel the skin and mash it well with the help of a spoon.

Now take a non-stick pan and add oil in it and heat the oil, once the pan gets heated, add about a teaspoon of asafoetida (asafoetida), when the asafoetida starts spluttering, add finely chopped onions and fry till light golden. Fry till done.

When the love starts turning light golden, add finely chopped chillies and a pinch of salt and fry everything well.

After frying onions and chillies well, add mashed potatoes, mashed cheese and about two spoons of boiled gram dal and mix everything well and fry.

After roasting everything well, add about one teaspoon cumin powder,

Approximately 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, approximately 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp dry mango powder. Add 2 a little less than half teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala and a little less than 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder and mix everything well.

After adding all the spices, add salt as per taste and fry everything well for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Keep in mind that keep the gas on low flame otherwise the spices and potatoes will start burning.

When everything is roasted well, turn off the flame and remove the pan from the gas and leave the prepared mixture to cool for some time.

When the prepared potato mixture cools down, stuff the potato masala in the capsicum one by one.

Now close the cut mouth of the capsicum with the capsicum stalk cut from the capsicum itself, if you do not close it then the spices filled with it may come out.

Your stuffed capsicum is ready to be cooked.

Now put a non-stick pan or kadhai on gas and add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in it and heat the oil.

When the oil becomes hot, add stuffed capsicum in it and cover the pan with the help of a lid.

After 2 minutes, remove the lid and turn all the capsicum on the other side and let it cook on the other side also.

Similarly, by turning the capsicum, it has to be cooked from all the sides.

After some time, open the lid and turn the capsicum on the side where it is not cooked.

When the capsicum gets cooked from all sides, then remove the capsicum from today or else keep it for some more time. After it is cooked properly, turn off the gas.

Take your stuffed capsicum / stuffed shimla mirch is ready, enjoy it with hot roti, paratha or naan and feed it to your family and friends too.
