Men's rights.

The responsibilities in which men have been given the status of authority have been discussed above. Let us see here what rights men have due to being masters.

Protecting confidential matters: - The Qur'an has described the first right of men over women in words which cannot be described in any other language. So chaste women become attached to their husbands and in their absence, by the grace of Allah, they become the guardians of all their rights.

Here it is meant to take care of all the things of the husband which are kept as deposit with the wife in his absence. In it comes the preservation of his lineage, his semen, his honor, the preservation of his wealth, in general, everything. If the wife fails to fulfill any of the above rights, then the husband will be able to exercise his powers and authority mentioned in the foregoing discussion.

Husband's obedience: The second right of the husband is that the wife will obey him. **** A virtuous, honest and virtuous wife is a servant of her husband. This is a general instruction, in the interpretation of which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) described various things. You have a right over them that they will not let anyone into your house whom you do not like at all.

She will not give away anything in her house without her husband's permission. If she does so, then her husband will get the reward. But the wife will be sinful. The wife cannot go out of the house without the permission of the husband. In the presence of the husband, the wife should not observe a single nafl fast except the fast of Ramadan without her permission.

The best wife is the one whose heart rejoices when you look at her, when she commands you, she obeys, and when you are absent, she preserves your wealth and all your rights over her.

The only exception to this general command of obedience is that if the husband instructs the wife to disobey God, the wife may refuse to obey the command, but she will. For example, if he forbids her to perform the obligatory prayers and observes the obligatory fasts, or orders her to drink alcohol, or asks her to abstain from the veil prescribed by the Shari'ah, or seeks to do abominable things with her, then it is not only permissible for the wife to reject this instruction. Because the law of the Creator is violated, it is not permissible to obey the creation in such an act. It is stated in the hadith that obedience to creation cannot be done in disobedience to the Creator.

It is obligatory for the wife to obey her husband in all cases except these special aspects, otherwise she will be considered disobedient. In this case, the husband will be able to exercise his authority, the description of which is coming to the fore.

Men's powers
Since Islamic law has made the man the master or director and entrusted him with the responsibility of guarding, maintaining, maintaining and caring for the wife, it has given the man certain powers and authority over the wife to maintain order in the family life, the conduct of the family members, He needs to be in control of the movement and socialization and to protect his rights from extinction. Islamic jurisprudence gives a detailed description of these powers and the limits within which these powers can be exercised.

Advice, Morality and Discipline: If the wife disobeys her husband or deprives him of his rights, then the first duty of the husband is to advise her. If she disobeys, the husband will be harsh according to the application of her behavior. Even then, if he does not comply, he may be lightly beaten.

And the word 'disobedient nushush' of all you women means height, rise. The technical meaning of this is denial of rights - whether it is from the husband or the wife. Fear them, try to persuade them, stay away from them in bed and beat them. Then if they become loyal to you, do not look for excuses to persecute them.

They are allowed to abstain from sexual intercourse as punishment for leaving them in bed. But the verses of ‘Ila’ mentioned earlier set a normal time limit for keeping separate beds. This period is four months. The wife is so disobedient and arrogant that her husband left her bed dissatisfied with her, and she knows that after four months in this state, her husband will divorce her by Allah's command.
