Hello friends i want to talk about Almond fruits. Almonds are nice edible seeds, scientifically called Prunus dulcis, back then when i was little i do call it fruit or nut. They are from the middle East, but mostly produced from US (California). California is the world largest producer of almonds, and it has trees of different species. They are sold in stores without their outer layer, showing only the edible nut. It can be eaten raw or roasted, they used to produce almond oil, flour, paste, butter and milk.
