Banana is one of the most popular fruits in the world and it contains a lot of health benefits. It is a soft flesh elongated edible fruit , it botanical name is Berry, it is usually in clusters. Banana is of different size, color, and firmness, it can be green or yellowish in color. It is grown in 135 countries, in most countries banana 🍌 and plantain is known as same.
Bananas are healthy, sweet and delicious to eat, they contain many essential nutrients that are good for digestion, for heart health and weight loss.
