Gunong Taleuk Tourism is known as a local natural tourist area which is greatly enjoyed by nature enthusiasts and youth.
The Gunong Taleuk tourist attraction is geographically located in Gampong Panteun Beunot, Tiro District, Kab. Pidie. The distance is about 30 km from the center of Sigli City (capital of Pidie Regency).
Gunong Taleuk is flanked by Mount Merseu and Halimon in Tangse District. Not far from there is also a large hilly area, namely Gle Sala.
The path for climbers to Taleuk is not dangerous, but you have to follow along Krueng Agam, to the door of the jungle. The road can be passed only using two-wheeled vehicles.
Tourists then carry out tracking which takes up to 60 minutes. While climbing, visitors enjoy the sensation of exploring the grassy fields.
Being at the top of Gunong Taleuk is a tourist's dream. You will be treated to beautiful views, from the expanse of the savanna to residential areas.
At the top of Gunong Taleuk, visitors can also enjoy the moment from sunrise to sunset.
Mountain fog also appears when it rains. Not only that, if tourists are lucky they can see deer in the savanna.
Below are some photos I showed while on top of Gunong Taleuk.
